Batman: The Animated Series

The series that started it all, and the one I originally reviewed every weekend on The Reel World from 2020-2021. Those reviews remain for prosperity while also finding a new home here as this project expands to the wider DCAU. I’ve tidied them up a little over here.

Each episode was ranked as I went, as well as choosing a Best Performance, The Rogues Roundup and more.

Note: I originally packaged The New Batman Adventures up with BTAS. It’s the same creative team, continuity and voice cast, despite the visual overhaul. It has also often been included as ‘Volume 4’ or ‘Season 3’ of the show. However as some people take issue with that, I decided to split the difference. It’s listed as Season 3 on this page, but also has its own separate page. Plus I’ve broken the various lists down into just BTAS and everything including TNBA.
